Receipt Payload Issue With <receipt_date> (Doc ID 2929616.1)

Symptoms

For <receipt_xactn_type> 'T' the receive date is not getting an entry in the shipment table.

Only for <receipt_xactn_type> 'R' are you getting an receive date entry in the shipment table.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Make sure inv_move_unit_options.tsf_auto_close_store = 'N' in the environment.
2. Try to receive the store to store transfer using SOAP application.
3. Notice that in shipment table RECEIPT_DATA is null?
