Activities Are Not Showing For A Contact In The Activities Subtab (Doc ID 2929804.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A task is created for an account and the primary contact field is set on the task. 
When querying that contacts and navigating to the Activities subtab  the activity is not showing.
The contact is assigned activities but they are not being displayed on the activities page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the contact will see all activities that have them defined as the primary contact


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales > Contacts > query the contact
2. Select the activities subtab
3. No activities are displayed
