23A Fusion Global HR: The Letter Generated From Document of Records Letter Generation Does Not Have Proper Values or Has No Data (Doc ID 2929818.1)

After upgrade to Release 23A, the letter generated from Document of Records Letter Generation is not having proper values or has no data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The letter generated from Document of Records Letter Generation should have the expected data.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Document Records (DOR)
2. Select Template Letter
3. Submit DOR
4. Open the newly created DOR and then download letter; a blank document or a document with missing details opens
View Document tab shows proper Draft letter, but the final approved letter has improper data/no data.

Custom data model is being used for that document type. The custom data model was created before Release 23A.
The process from Generate Letters from Document Records for a Specific Document Type had been used.

Changes

Upgrade to Release 23A.
