Copy Order Fails Both From Agent UI And Storefront When The End User Has Already An Incomplete Order (Doc ID 2929834.1)

When attempting a Copy Order from Agent UI or Store the operation fails and the following error is returned:

when the user associated with the order to-be-copied already has an Incomplete order.
