Fusion Global HR: Parent Position Field is not Available when Updating Position (Doc ID 2929989.1)

When updating a position, the parent position field does not show and is not available for update.

In OTBI position hierarchy, the parent position is showing with wrong code.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Updating a position and the Parent Position field does not show and is not available for update.

2. Run OTBI position hierarchy the parent position with problems.

3. Searching in Position Details UI for position,  the parent position code shows as 10014461.
