Goal
Q1) On ERES, there are two ESS processes:
a) Optimize Electronic Records - Improves the performance of the search to retrieve electronic record transactions based on electronic record content.
b) Synchronize Electronic Records - Creates index on the electronic record content to search transactions based on the content.
Will the above help with the flow or enabling an index?
Q2)What is the recommendation for running ESS - Extract Workflow Tasks for Archive? As only after this process is run, the E Records appear under Supply Chain Execution> Electronic Records area.
