 How to configure SNMP v3 on our ZFS machine

After enabling SNMP v3 we found that we could not use the HCC feature:

SQL> create table xyz (col1 date) compress for query high;
ORA-64307: Exadata Hybrid Columnar Compression is not supported for tablespaces on this storage type

Switching back to SNMP v1/v2 fixed the issue.
