Symptoms

DeleteAllEligibleRecords in RIHA Deletes All Eligible Records in RIHA Tables irrespective of what is displayed on the screen based on selection filter criteria.

It is considering ALL the eligible records from EH table (with inqueue=0 and deletepending=0) instead of considering only the eligible records from already filtered result from first pane of RIHA search.
