Fusion Global HR: Global Transfer Approval Fails if The Approver Appends Any Comments in the Approval Notification (Doc ID 2931225.1)

Symptoms

While performing Global transfer, when clicked on the notification for approval there is an option for actions >> Request Information/Delegate/Pushback and many such options are available.

When an Approver attempts to Approve/pushback from Notification, and if they will append any comments in the Notification, the following error occurs:

An Error occurred. Contact your Help Desk.(FND-2)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a Global transfer
2. Notification received by Approver
3. When we click on the notification for approval there is an option for actions >> Request Information/Delegate/Pushback
4. Error received as "An Error occurred. Contact your Help Desk.(FND-2) "
