Symptoms

Error: "Document expired. This document is no longer available" when using Firefox (FF) browser and after selecting User menu, Preferences then closing the page, the returning page refresh never completes.

STEPS:
1. Log in into OPC from Firefox browser
2. Click on User Menu, Preferences option.
3. On closing Preferences window, Document expired error displayed.
