Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Some values and fields are not being translated to the correct language, even if they are added into internationalization.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All values that have been created in internationalization should be translated into the correct language based on the user preference.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Project/Shell.
  2. Select a BP and note in the record list that some values are seen in English and not in the preferred language.
