Symptoms
On Unifier: Version 23.1
When an Active Unifier user triggers a Create and Send of a uMail/Mailbox item TO themselves:
Expected Result
Unifier should send a copy of the item to the user's external e-mail client.
Actual Result
A copy of the item is not received in the user's external e-mail client.
Steps to Reproduce
- In the uMail/Mailbox Drafts log, click on the New button
- Add the user that is initiating the message to the To field
- Send
- Check the external e-mail client and find that the message is NOT received
