uMail/Mailbox: Users Not Receiving Items to Their External E-Mail Client When Sent TO Themselves (Doc ID 2933282.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier: Version 23.1

When an Active Unifier user triggers a Create and Send of a uMail/Mailbox item TO themselves:

Expected Result

Unifier should send a copy of the item to the user's external e-mail client.

Actual Result

A copy of the item is not received in the user's external e-mail client.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In the uMail/Mailbox Drafts log, click on the New button
  2. Add the user that is initiating the message to the To field
  3. Send
  4. Check the external e-mail client and find that the message is NOT received
