In RPCS, when attempting to create a price change with language preference of Spanish, the following error occurs when we enter the reason code as 2.

El valor Cambio de precio de venta sugerido de proveedor para el campo ReasonCodeDesc excede la longitud máxima permitida.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to RPCS application.
2. Change the language preference to Spanish.
3. Create price change (cambios de precio).
4. Click on create price change group and enter group description Enter Item #, Click Next (Siguiente).
5. Select Store and enter store # Click apply.
6. Enter Effective date, Enter Change type and value.
7. Enter the reason code as 2 and Observe above Error.
