Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User not able to scroll with mouse wheel.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to scroll with mouse wheel

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the dispatch console or screens configuration
2. Try to scroll using mouse wheel


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Users cannot work properly while moving fields from one location to another on screen configuration.
