Blank or Empty User Data Picker Data Element Field on the Action Form Has "X" Clear Button Next To It

The 'X' (clear button) is seen next to the 'Select' for a User Data Picker drop-down field on an Action form even though there is no data or value entered or selected on that User Data Picker field.
For a User Data Picker field, if the field is blank, the Unifier application user interface (UI) should only display the 'Select' drop-down list option and not the 'X' (clear button).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier.
- Navigate to 'Project_XYZ' > 'Business Process_XXX' -> +Create (note: This Business Process record has a User Data Picker field which is an optional field).
- Fill in the data for all the mandatory or required fields and leave the User Data Picker field blank.
- Send and 'Submit' the record forward.
- Accept the task and observe that the User Data Picker field is blank as expected however displays the 'X' (clear button) next to the 'Select' button.
