Item HTS Screen is Showing Incorrect Lists of SKUs/UPCs While Updating HTS of an Item (Doc ID 2933549.1)

Item HTS screen is showing incorrect lists of SKUs/UPCs while updating HTS of an item.
However, the main Item screen shows the correct list of SKUs/UPCs for the item.

Steps to reproduce

1. Pick an item without HTS
2. Navigate to Item screen -> More Actions -> HTS.
3. Click on the small orange Dot beside the item number to view related items.

All items in ITEM_MASTER are shown in the related items screen
