Symptoms

Creating lease with 'In Advance' payment option result in the following error


"The lease payment dates for the lease SBITA-Manhattan-KMM must be within the lease start date 2023-12-31 and the lease end date 2025-05-30.

User-Defined Exception"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create lease
   - Lease Start Date = 12/31/06
   - Payment Frequency = Annually
   - Payment Option = In Advance
   - Term = 28
   - Payment Type (row 1) = Periodic lease Payment = 01/01/07, Amount = 100,000
   - Payment Type (row 2) = Periodic lease Payment = 01/01/08, Amount = 100,000

2. Generate Payment
