ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate part number added to LIG on click of edit action for a line item
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not create duplicate line when user click on edit action for a line item.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a quote
2. Click on Item/part number on LIG or select the line and click on Edit line.
3. Click on Save or Back
4. It will take you to the quote with duplicate line.
