Symptoms

On : 23.1 version, Unifier Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notification block is missing until users start scrolling then the notification field will lay on top of other blocks.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect for the Notification block to Not be missing until users start scrolling.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into environment as User
  2. Go to affected project shell
  3. Open affected BP
  4. Click Edit
  5. Notice you have to scroll to even see the Notification.
