Not Able To Create an Orchestration For Lead Object (Doc ID 2934331.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Lead Management

While creating orchestration getting error saying , step needs to be associated with Success or Failure step and when we edit an orchestration there is no value shown in the Success or Failure step drop-down.

The requirement is that when a lead status is changed , an email to be sent overall like in the https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/23a/fadsi/overview-of-orchestration.html#u30231636


For each orchestration stage, you specify what information the salesperson needs to provide and what actions they need to take to move the opportunity to the next stage. You can also provide automated steps that take actions behind the scenes to follow up when things don't go as planned.

ERROR MESSAGE: The Send an Email step of the TASK type must be associated with a success or failure step. (ZCA-210402).
