Goal

Messages not reaching OCDS

All messages are failing in OCDS RIHA with the following error:
javax.ejb.EJBException: Error while calling Injector Service.: Client received SOAP Fault from server: EJB Exception: : java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception calling inject.

This is happening with multiple message types.
