Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user cannot import an XER export project into the P6 Web application.

ERROR
---------------

All the dates are in Coordinated Universal Time time zone
Importing file ABCD.xer

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open P6 Web
  2. Go to Project - Import XER file
