One attemps to upload Payment Templates via the Rapid Implementation For Lease Accounting file.

"You must provide a value for the Code Combination attribute."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Download the Rapid template via Setup and Maintenance task Manage Lease Accounting Configuration > Download-Upload Configuration.
2) Fill the template with needed data.
3) Upload the file via the Download-Upload Configuration in Manage Lease Accounting Configuration.
4) The payment template did not upload successfully. The error indicates that: "You must provide a value for the Code Combination attribute."
