Warehouse To Store Transfers Status Not Updated In SIOCS When Transfer Is Closed in RMS

Symptoms
When an transfer is closed in RMS(Retail Merchandising System) , sohdrmod message is sent to SIOCS but it discards these type of messages and TSF status is not moving from 8 (In Shipping) to 9 (Completed Transfer).
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create transfer from Warehouse to Store in RMS and note that it is integrated in SIOCS.
2. Ship the transfer and note the transfer delivery is integrated to SIOCS.
3. Receive the transfer in SOCS and note the transfer gets received in RMS.
4. Once transfer is received in RMS, the docclose batch runs and RMS publishes sohdrmod message with the transfer status set to C(Closed).
5. Note the transfer is not closed in SIOCS and it remains TSF.STATUS=8 (In Shipping).
