Symptoms

When trying to upgrade an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3 repository schema which was migrated from on-premise to an Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) to ODI on MarketPlace 12.2.1.4.221215, the upgrade assistant tool fails with the following error:
