Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Service Request

Symptom 1:

Getting Error popup in in Help Desk Landing Page or Create Help Desk page

Customer is getting error when navigating to below page, it just shows a Popup called "Error":

Symptom 2:

Another symptom of this issue is that agents are not able to select Assigned To value on a ticket , nothing appears in the dropdown
