Symptoms
When attempting to create a manage user-defined attribute,
the following error occurs.

'java.lang NullPointerException'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Supplier Registration Approvals or any other supplier approval
2. Click on 'Manage user-defined attribute' > Java Error occurs
