Symptoms

When trying to create an environment in a DevOps project with a private cluster and a private API receiving the below error:

Please configure the cluster correctly to have that property populated and then Update description property of Environment to trigger retry of network setup.

Changes

There are no changes in environment, this is a configuration problem.
