User BATCH_USER_PROD Fails to Connect to Oracle URL (Doc ID 2935183.1)

Goal

Control-M jobs uses profile BATCH_USER_PROD to connect to <HOSTNAME_VALUE>/ProcessServices/services/private/executionEngine/schedules/MERCH/ to kick off jobs in POM. Critical jobs like NIGHTLY and Sales recurring jobs fail with error - "Unauthorized".
Can someone check if this user is either Locked or its password expired.
