Fusion Benefits: Custom Page Benefits Deep Link Showing Blank Page (Doc ID 2935185.1)

Symptoms

Customer has created a custom page entry for deeplink 'Your Benefits' which worked the first time accessed but later it is showing blank page for most of users.

The issue can be reproduced as follows:
1. Create Custom ‘My Benefits’ tile with ‘Your Benefits’ as deeplink.
2. Create a Sandbox with Structures tool and Enter the Sandbox.
3. Select Structures tool Create New Page Entry.

4. Click Save and Close.
5. Verify the Changes and Publish the Sandbox changes.
 
New page is Visible on initial login.
 
However, this new tile is not opening second time accessed. Instead, showing blank page.
