Stock Ledger Download is Getting Error For Primary Currency (Doc ID 2935281.1)

Symptoms

NOTE: This error should only be seen in versions 19.3.006.4 through 19.3.016.2
Prior to this 19.3.006.4, no data was downloaded in the stock ledger download screen when the primary currency was the same as the local currency, and primary currency was selected for download. See Doc ID 2880064.1

Error when trying to download Stock Ledger Report in Primary Currency, when Primary Currency is the same as the Local Currency.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Navigate to Finance - Stock Ledger Download.
  2. Select required fields.
  3. Select currency as Primary.
  4. Click Download button.
  5. Error received:
    java.lang.NullPointerException
    The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly.
