OMC : Cloud Agent Process Keeps Using More PGA, Exhaust Physical Memory, Swap And Reboots Server (Doc ID 2935342.1)

Symptoms

OMC is using high memory of the DB server, it is not leaving any space for DB to run, all the jobs that was related to applications are being failed.

OS upgraded from 6.1 to 7.9 and post this the issue started.

The queries reported as problematic are from OMC Cloud Agent Module and which are seen from the reports are:
