Approver Getting Repeated Notifications with Task Aggregation Set to Once Per Task. (Doc ID 2935434.1)

The task is configured to aggregate 'once per task'. But BPM is not aggregating the task correctly since the same user appears more than once. The user needs to take
action as many times as the user appears in the list which is incorrect. As of now the issue is observed during the ReqApproval process only. The notification is received twice in bell icon and  email. Three tasks are displayed in the worklist with the same task name.

Users expect that when aggregation is turned on , only one notification will be received.
