ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an activity is filtered out, the Actual Date tag disappears when viewing the activity in Activity Details | Relationships.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Actual Date tag to remain when activity has been filtered from view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into OPC.
2. Create a project.
3. Create 2 activities, Activity Dependent and Milestone.
4. Link these 2 activities and give the milestone an actual date.
5. Filter out the milestone from the view.
6. When viewing the milestone dates via Activity Details | Relationships, the Actual tag no longer appears
