Getting errors attempting to delete obsolete Portfolios with no Funds or Scenario.

 
ERROR

PRM-002000002 - Unable to save portfolios. This portfolio contains funds. It cannot be deleted.
PRM-002002014 - Unable to save portfolios. Portfolio contains a scenario. It cannot be deleted.
