When Clicking on the Accept Hyperlink in a Workflow Type Business Process (BP) Record: Alert 504 Error (Doc ID 2935777.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier: Version 23.1 and 23.2

When clicking on the 'Accept' hyperlink for a workflow type Business Process (BP) record:

Expected Result

The Task should be accepted and the user should be able to take additional action on the form(s) and then Send the record to the next step in the workflow.

Actual Result

After some time the processing wheel resolves and and an Alert pops up that reads:

504 Error

This can be for one user trying to action one record, or any user trying to action any record.
