Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation
When attempting to rehire an employee the day after their previous termination date having P45 produced the following error occurs.

You can't associate an assignment to this PAYE component because a P45 was issued. (HRX-1560092)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rehire employee next day after the termination date
2. Error occurs.
