Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When pressing enter on Edit pencil icon in Document Delivery Preference page, that particular record is shown up and while that happens, the Edit pencil icon disappears.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigate inside the section that got opened up and which user was actually trying to edit.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into HCM environment and navigate to 'Pay and Taxes' widget and hit Enter key, 'Pay and Taxes' page is displayed.
2. Navigate to 'Set my Document Delivery Preferences' link under Pay section and hit Enter.
3. Navigate to Edit button for any item and hit Enter and verify where focus goes for next tab keystroke.
4. Focus goes to Oracle Guided Learning widget link after hitting Enter on Edit button and the corresponding content is loaded.
