On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, SA - Saudi Arabia Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The social insurance contributions for BH nationals working in SA, private sector, are not calculated as percentage applied to Basic Salary plus Allowances value. Sample employee earnings are 51,875 SAR in March 2023. BH Employee rate is 7% and BH Employer rate is 12% in 2023. The deductions calculated by application are 2,800 SAR for BH Employee Social insurance, 3,600 SAR for BH Employer Social insurance and 1,200 SAR for BH Employer Payment paid by employee

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1. BH Employee deduction should be 3,631 SAR (51,875*7%)
2. BH Employer deduction should be 6,225 SAR (51,875*12%)
