Symptoms

When attempting to create record through CSV or Excel import, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Reason: Invalid Modelprefix"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier as User
  2. Navigate to Shell > affected BP
  3. Try to create record using CSV or Excel import
  4. The error message is prompted: "Reason: Invalid Modelprefix".
