ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to trigger and see the policy rule deviation in the Contract deviation report
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the deviation rule in the Contract deviation report
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and activate the rule and applied to all terms
2. Create a contract that it is expected to trigger the Policy Deviation Rule
3. Go to the Contracts Terms tab
4. Click on the Terms Action button and select Review Contract Deviations
5. No policy deviations in the Policy deviation section
