Goal

 - Below error is received when executing REST API call with limit set to 10,000.

Example REST API: https://{instance}.cec.ocp.oraclecloud.com/content/management/api/v1.1/items?limit=10000&q="repositoryId eq 22C31B24E272AC4LKJ34L3F807D6CF64238" AND (type eq Image)
