Symptoms

Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service integration with Oracle Analytics Cloud has started failing with 401 Authorization Required.


ERROR

"Error response received from Events Loader Rest for [subType: OAC, instance: {environment_name}, hostTo: {OAC_endpoint}]. Response received [401 Authorization Required].



BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, OAC integration is down and sync process is stalled.
