Fusion Global Payroll - Duplicate Payments On Supplementary Run For Same Month As Main Payroll Process (Doc ID 2936782.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a supplementary pay run after the main run in the same month and as a standard process user run retro pay before every pay run, both main and supplementary, employee is receiving 2 output for ‘XXXXXX’ element in Supplementary Run.

Steps to reproduce the issue are as follow::
-------------------------------------
1. Run main payroll for January 2023 (the employee did not have the ‘XXXXX’ element set up at the time of the main run).
2. After the main run the 'XXXXX' element is added with 01.01.2023.
3. Run retro pay against all records.
4. Run QuickPay for same month, January 2023 to pay the missing 'XXXXX' element from the main run.
5. Observe that the results show duplicate payments: one retro payment and also the main element processing the same amount after retro has run. The total payment should have been just for the retro element.
