Document Audit Number Report is not Retrieving All Transactions (Doc ID 2936947.1)

Symptoms

Some transactions with data migration source and a transaction date in 2022 consumed the receivables document sequence that starts 01/01/2023.
The document number report does not show the document numbers that were consumed unexpectedly by the 2023 document sequence. This document sequence should have been used as of 01/01/2023.

The Document Audit Number Report is not capturing the transactions.
