OIC Agent Not Closing SSH/SFTP Connections After Completing Work And Connection "Established" Count Keeps Increasing (Doc ID 2937048.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OIC Agent is not closing connection after FTP activity. Checking "netstat -an | grep <ftp host>" shows all connections are in "ESTABLISHSED" status. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Connections should get close once FTP operation completes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Preform FTP operation through agent and note the connections are left open.
