Is There A Way To Have 'Display in My Apps' Property In IDCS Unchecked When Deploying A VBCS Application From A VBS Project? (Doc ID 2937293.1)

Last updated on APRIL 12, 2024

Applies to:

Visual Builder Studio - Version 23.04.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Whenever a Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) application is deployed from Visual Builder Studio (VBS), it will create a corresponding application in IDentity Cloud Service (IDCS) with a 'Display in My Apps' checked property in application's "Details" section like in the image below.

Because of that, when a user logs into IDCS and clicks on 'My Apps' from the top right corner user's icon, the user will be able to see these applications and also to launch them from IDCS.
However, these applications can also be added to SaaS applications as extensions and the requirement could be to have that as the only access point for the VBCS application.

Is there a way to have 'Display in My Apps' property in IDCS unchecked when deploying a VBCS application from a job in a VBS project?
