The User's Attributes Are Updated However No Entries Are Recorded in the User's Audit Log of the Project (Doc ID 2937308.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

A user's attributes are updated however no entries are recorded or captured within the user's Audit Log of the Project


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

If a user's attributes are updated, the user's Audit Log should capture this information.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Project_XYZ > User Administration > Users > see user User_01 on the list.
  3. Double click on this user and open the 'Edit Projects User' window > General Tab -> scroll down to observe any field attributes (for e.g. User_Field_A and User_Field_B) > Observe that these fields are empty/blank. Close this window.
  4. For the same user User_01, select the View > Audit Log.. This opens the user's Audit log. Observe that the Audit Log records when the user was added to Project_XYZ. It also records any manual updates made to any user's attributes. However notice that no entry is available for the updates made to the user's attributes mentioned in our example (User_Field_A and User_Field_B).
  5. Potentially, an identical issue is observed for the same user User_01 under a different Project_PQR.
