On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Customers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to import customers along with reference accounts using 4 tabbed 'Upload Customers From Spreadsheet' and the process is ending in error after 23A update.

Error:

Exception from ar_customer_interface_pkg.upload_ref_accounts
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Exception from ar_customer_interface_pkg.import_customer_data_master
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
