Goal

A Global Data privilege has been changed from Add/Edit/Delete Financial Period Calendar (singular) in previous releases to Add/Edit/Delete Financial Period Calendars (plural) in P6 EPPM Release 23.3.

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Access the Cloud portal, log in as a user with Admin-Superuser privileges, and open P6 Web.
  2. Select the Administration tab > User Administration > Global Security Profiles.
  3. Highlight an existing global security profile or create a new one.
  4. Select the Global Data tab in the lower section.
  5. View the 5th privilege in the list.
